DEFECT
If your product is defective or not functioning as it should, you will receive a replacement at no cost.
RETURN
You can return you Luxway products within 14 days of receipt in case of defects. Can you create a clear video of the defect? We can remotely arrange everything for you at no cost and send a new one. For hygiene products, returns are not accepted.
SENDING
Pack the product in the original packaging along with the return form. Place the return label in a visible place on the package. Go to one of the post offices (post office or parcel point) and send your package. A return shipment must always be provided with a track & trace code. The customer is responsible for the shipment. Once the package reaches our warehouse, the product will be exchanged, or a refund will be arranged.
